The LIHEAP program will begin October 1, 2024. Tazwood Community Services, Inc. will have a call-in day on September 23, 2024, to start scheduling appointments following this criteria:

• October 2024 - Older adults (60 years+), individuals with a disability, families with children five and under, and households that are disconnected from their utilities, have a disconnection notice or have less than 25% in their propane tank.

• November 2024 - All other income eligible households.

After September 23, 2024, customers may call either office or check the online schedule for availability. Appointments are permitted to be scheduled no more than 60 days out. If there are no appointments available, please check back the next day for more appointments to open up.

If you have a disconnect notice for your utilities please call us immediately instead of making an appointment!
