Thank you for checking out our online scheduling system! The LIHEAP program will begin October 2, 2023. Tazwood Community Services, Inc. will have a call-in day on September 25, 2023, to start scheduling appointments following this criteria:

• October 2023 - Households with a person 60 or older, a person receiving disability, or a child 5 or younger only

• November 2023 - Households with a shut off notice or disconnected services

• December 2023 - Open to all income eligible households

Appointments are permitted to be scheduled no more than 60 days out.

The online scheduling system will not open to the public until October 2, 2023.

If you have a disconnect notice for your utilities please call us immediately instead of making an appointment following the eligibility criteria above. 

 

If you scheduled a phone appointment, you will be calling us on the day of your appointment.
